PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
ADVANTAGE #545 HIGH SOLIDS (HS) Clearcoat is a high quality, high solids acrylic urethane for spot, multi-panel or overall repairs. Formulated to be applied over basecoat systems. Excellent for custom painters.

SURFACE PREPARATION:
Apply undercoats and basecoats per manufacturers instruction. Over OEM or completely cured previously painted substrates, scuff with a gray scuff pad or 600 grit sandpaper then wipe with Wax & Grease Remover. Allow basecoat adequate flash time (follow manufacturers recommendation). Follow basecoat manufacturer’s recommendation for recoat intervals.

MIXING DIRECTIONS:
Mix 4 parts #545 clear with 1 part #546, #547, or #548 activator by volume. Activator selection should be based on the size of part to be painted and the booth temperature at the time of painting.

SUBSTRATES:
Commercially available basecoats with a VOC less than 6.6 lbs/gal. Properly prepared previously painted substrates.

CLEAN-UP & POTLIFE:
Clean spray equipment immediately after use with acrylic lacquer thinner or urethane reducer. POT LIFE: 5 Hours.

If on SKIN:Wash affected area thoroughly with soap and water. Remove contaminated clothing. Launder before re-use. If in EYES: Flush eyes with large amounts of water for 15 minutes. Get medical attention. If SWALLOWED: Get medical attention immediately. DELAYED EFFECTS FROM LONG TERM OVEREXPOSURE. Contains solvents which can cause permanent brain and nervous system damage.
